What is the standard turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 working days from confirmed receipt of the case. Rush options are available for time-critical cases — contact us to discuss. Turnaround starts from the day we confirm receipt, not the day you send.
Do you offer free collection?
Yes. Free courier collection and return delivery is included across all service countries — Ireland, Romania, Spain and Germany. Arrange a collection by phone, WhatsApp or using the form on the Send a Case page.
Which digital scanners do you support?
We accept files from all major intraoral scanner brands including 3Shape, Carestream, iTero, Planmeca, CEREC and others. Send STL files or native format files to info@souldent.ie with your prescription. We confirm receipt the same day.
How do I submit prescription details?
You can download printable RX forms from the Send a Case page for crown and bridge work or removable prosthetics. For digital cases, include the prescription details in your email. We always confirm if anything is missing before work begins.
How do I track a case?
Use the Track a Case page to send us your case reference and we’ll reply with a full status update. You can also call or WhatsApp us directly for the quickest response.
What shade system do you use?
We work with VITA Classic (A1–D4) and VITA 3D Master shade systems. For aesthetic anterior cases, please include preparation photos and any special shade mapping notes with your case.
What implant systems do you support?
We work with all major implant systems. Please include the implant brand, system name, platform size, and connection type (internal/external hex, conical) with your prescription. We’ll confirm compatibility before starting work.
What is your remake policy?
We stand behind our work. If a restoration does not fit as expected and the issue is on our side, we will remake it at no charge. Contact us with photos and the original case details and we will assess promptly.
